| We were returning from Denver, following the old Rocks Golden State Route, and encountered this eastbound grain train at Wellsford, Kan. It was stashed in the siding there, waiting out a MOW curfew. The MOW forces were busy, we saw several work areas between there and Pratt. The 114 car train is stretched out over the rise, US 54 in the foreground. Oh well... |
