LHR 2-8-2 #70 - Lehigh & Hudson River         
This is a rare original sepia photo of Lehigh & Hudson River 2-8-2 Mikado #70 as it sat in a yard in Pittsburgh, PA. Built by Baldwin in March of 1916, it served the Lehigh & Hudson River for nearly 34 years before being scrapped in November of 1950. Specs - class 70, 56" drivers, 200 psi boiler pressure, 25x30" cylinders, engine weight of 285,400 lb, tractive effort of 54,070 lb. No date or photographer was listed for the photo.
