| Amtrak 300 prepares to depart Leavenworth with the eastbound Empire Builder. 300 is the first of Amtrak's new ALC-42 passenger units built by Siemens. These units will replace the General Electric units currently in use on the rest of the Amtrak system. 300 was completed in April of 2021 and was delivered to Amtrak in June of that year. |
