| Volkmer. Here is an image of a photo by William D. Volkmer that was taken in Altoona, Pennsylvania, on 25 June 1958. Parked in the East Altoona Locomotive Ready Tracks (R to L) are Pennsylvania Railroad engines #2015 and #9711. Both are BF-16's built by Baldwin-Lima-Hamilton and rated at 1,600 horsepower each. #2015 was constructed in February of 1952 and retired in January of 1967, while #9711 was built in December of 1950 and retired in July of 1966.
