Here is a stubby 2-6-0C camelback switcher built by Alco-Brooks in May of 1902 (serial number 26002, class 1). the little loco had 51" drivers with 20x26" cylinders It was reclassified in 1919 as class B3a and again reclassified in 1945 as class 6531. In February of 1952, the little tyke met the scrapper's torch. No date was given for the photo. Unknown photographer |
