LN 4-6-2 #170 - Louisville & Nashville
Stripped of its bell, light, number board and main rod, it's obvious that this early Louisville & Nashville 4-6-2 Pacific is sitting in a scrap line. Built by the L&N shops between 1905-07, this plucky 4-6-2 Pacific was one of the first on the roster.Specs- K-1 class, 69" drivers, 200 psi boiler pressure, 20x28" cylinders, engine weight of 187,800 lb, modest tractive effort of 27,594 lb.
