CRI&P 308 DREAM LAKE
Former Rock Island coaches 308 DREAM LAKE and 314 were being used by John Archer as a camp along the White River at Hickory Creek, Arkansas. The 308 had been built by the Budd Co. in August 1939 for service on the ROCKY MOUNTAIN ROCKET, while the 314 had been built by Pullman-Standard as the MISTLETOE in October 1940 for operation on the ZEPHYR ROCKET. Both cars were retired and sold in 1974.
