Flattley. Here is a photo by T. Martin Flattley, Jr., that was taken in South Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on 8 June 1938. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #103, an L-1S (2-8-2) "Mikado" built in Juniata during July of 1915 and retired in March of 1950 after 35 years of faithful service.
