NYC 4025 - New York Central
Robert M. Rose caught this EMD E7A unit built in April of 1947 (serial #4175) sitting in a Chicago, IL yard. Although the slide is dated April of 1975, I believe this was taken prior to the PC merger as none of the locos on the film roll have any PC markings.
