Note on back states "On approach tracks of Grand Central Station". This 0-8-0 B&O Chicago Terminal switcher started out as a 1901 Burnham, Wms & Co 2-8-0 #109 and ended up 0-8-0 after the B&O shops converted it, reclassified it as L-3 and renumbered it, once as #798 and again as #903 before being scrapped by 1959.
