RF 7  Contributor's Pick!
RF 7 was a daytime train that was a maid of all work on the west end. It started at Fresh Pond, taking cars to Yard A at Sunnyside, then worked out to the Island, most typically on the Atlantic Branch and the near south shore, but could also work the Main Line, such as it is doing here at Mineola with a short train. Usually it got a pair of C 420's; today's edition has a single MP 15.
