Steve Young	General	Standard AAR Type A trucks, as found under many EMD switchers, not just ALCOs, although this doesn't look like an SW frame, so it probably was rebuilt on an ALCo frame. I suspect that it's also not an RL1500, because the other RL1500s listed on this sfte are all end-cab switchers, although the RL1000 has a body similar to this.	5/4/2020 12:55:52 AM

by Esther Fairchild: Northern Indiana Public Service Company Michigan City Generating Station plant locomotive used to handle coal cars through the rotary dumper. Looks like it was made from whatever spare parts were lying around. Sounds like a bulldozer when moving. Notice the single flap-covered stack.
