NS 8418 Conrail Quality 39G         
39G rounds the curve by the Oxford Street overpass at 1638 with blue D8-40CW 8418 and Oakway SD60 9066. The number of Conrail painted engines is getting lower; at the date of this photo, CSX has roughly 16 engines still in blue while NS has 98, 5 of which are D8-40CW's.
