CONRAIL GE C40-8 NO.748  Contributor's Pick!
Conrail pool power was common on both Union Pacific and Southern Pacific trains in Utah during the 1990's. Here Conrail 748 sandwiched between two Union Pacific GE's wait to depart Provo with the CSKIP. This train was loaded at the Skyline Mine near the small town of Scofield on the former D&RGW branch line with that town's name.
