Not a very good photo, I was on the northbound D&RGW Royal Gorge hanging out a vestibule door at the time. This locomotive was built in March 1950 as 230C (c/n 9584), the trailing cab of locomotive 230, on EMD Order 3020. It was rebuilt during July 1973 to CF7 2561, later becoming MSRC 7010. |
