Description:  Safety instruction car, rebuilt in August 1951 from 48 seat chair-9 seat smoker #978, which was originally a 84 seat coach built in 1910 by Pullman (original number unknown), rebuilt and modernized to chair-smoker #978 in 1937: http://www.drgw.org/data/passenger/folios/images/p058.jpg. Scanned with an Epson V550 from a duplicate Ektachrome 35mm slide. Date and photographer are unknown.
