Description:
RBMN 9908 was in the UP yards at Jefferson City, MO on 7-10-2022. The photo turned out a little dark so the colors, as best I can determine, are a dark green (close to Reading's green, IINM), a thin yellow stripe, and a medium gray color for the top. The lettering is the same shade as the green paint on the lower section.
