Description:  This "Decapod", sitting quietly in an unknown location, was buitl by the Canadian Pacific's own Angus Shops in June of 1918. Specifics - class R3c, oil burner, 58" drivers, 200 psi boiler pressure, 24x32" cylinders, engine weight of 262,000 lb, tractive effort of 54,025 lb. This Decapod class was retired between 1956-65 after a very long working life. No exact date was given for this photo so an arbitrary one was used.
