Description:  C&NW 518 was listed as an E8, the next higher # was a steamer, I'm thinking that the context dictates E8. Any confirmation or denial will be appreciated. Thanks men. See below.

Description:  Various sources have reported these to be called Crandall Cabs. During a power crunch C&NW bought surplus units from UP and added these cabs. The name appears to have come from the designer of the cabs. Some report these as E8Bs, While others call them E9Bs.
