Album Info:Here are several photographs of Pennsylvania Railroad electric locomotives, 30th Street Passenger Station in Philadelphia, and the PRR's engine servicing facilities in West Philadelphia. I purchased all of them via two eBay auctions conducted by Mr. Ivan Marianchuk on Sunday, 8 October 2023. The photographers' names, the exact dates, and the locations are provided when available.

Description:  Marianchuk. Here is an original photo by J.D. Bounds, Jr., of (R to L) Pennsylvania Railroad engine #4727 and another unit whose road number is not recorded. Caption On Reverse: "Gerard Point Yard. Summer 1945." Both are P-5A (2-C-2) electrics rated at 3,750 horsepower each. #4727 was built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works during December of 1932 and retired in March of 1963 after 31 years of faithful service. Wave to the Engineman!

Both are O-1 (2-B-2) electrics built in Juniata and rated at 2,000 horsepower each. #7851 was constructed in June of 1930 and retired in June of 1948, while #7850 was built in July of 1930 and retired in February of 1948.
