Album Info:Here are eight photos of Pennsylvania Railroad diesel-electric locomotives utilized for switching service. All of them were purchased via eBay auctions conducted by Mr. Tim Rose: one on 12 July 2020 and six on 24 August 2020. The photographer's name, the locomotive road number(s), the date, and the location are cited when specified on the slide mount. Most of the slide mounts are annotated "Al Roberts Collection."

Description:  Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide via Al Chione that was taken near Dearborn, Michigan, on 25 May 1964. The photographer is not identified. At the right is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #8434, an AS-10 switcher built by the American Locomotive Company in February of 1954 and rated at 1,000 horsepower.
